Panic Attacks

I have 2 parakeets, the famle is about 4 months olds, last week she was cold every time and I have to use a heater, but yesterday she got disease offen she begun to move te neck in weird way, can not stand and then panic attacks she is shouting, reunning ahd hit herself in the cage, I have to hold het and pet her head for she calm down. What happend,what kind if sicknees is this? and hat can I do?

stand, has no control in her body and then panic attacks she is
shouting, running and hiting herself in the cage, I have to hold her
and pet her head for she calm down and she is loossing weight fast, I
put her in the feeder for she eat, if not she is unable to do by
herself and I don’t see her any evacuation. What happend,what kind of
sicknees is this? and what can I do?

She is bluffy amost all the time, last 2 weeks her dropping was runny, theres nothing to scare he, the other parakeet is in the ame cage, but he does not do anything bad to her, even he take care of her. I suppouse was the food a month ago a changed the brand now is spectrum, the other parakeet looks ok, well sad I think for her, he lost a family last year.
