I have social anxiety disorder and I had an anxiety attack because one of my “friends”, who also happens to be a girl I like and havent’ been talking to for several weeks, texted me asking if I could take her work shift (we work at the same place) tomorrow. I really don’t want to talk to her after she reallly made me feel bad a few weeks ago, so I said “OK” i could take her work shift, just to be nice. This probably sounds so stupid….but I’m really worried about why she felt like contacting me again since we haven’t been talking. She could have called someone else to work for her. Could she be trying to start talking to me again? And this just happened to be her “icebreaker” so to say? I’m sorry this was so long…..
