I’ve tried to keep positive and do things that I like doing, but it’s becoming increasingly harder with all the stress I’ve had lately. Is there any way to help alleviate some aches and pains, loss of interest, sleeplessness, emotionality and general depression via home-remedies or something? I’m trying so hard to work through this but I don’t have insurance or money to visit a doctor.
