mnmz4lyf asked: ok, so a few weeks ago… this is exactly what happened, and i read about it online and i think it’s an anxiety attack, but you tell me!:
I just went to go take a shower, all of a sudden i felt extremely hungry and i could practically see my ribs [ew, i know], anyways, i just ignored that thinking that i would just eat something and it would go away… but a little while after my heart started pounding really fast like a billion times a second and i felt extremely weak… so i quickly just pulled my clothes on and got out of the shower as fast as i could and tried to calm my self down and drank about 5 classes of water …lol, and finally i started feeling a little better… and yea thats what happened.
i searched it up online and i found that those are the symptoms of an anxiety attack… and now im worried…?!
