Hi. not really a question but i want you all to share your weird phobias. Mine is of blue or black screens. You know, when you start up your computer and there’s this black screen with some words written… that freaks me out for some reason o.o I get goosebumps and close my eyes, lol. how about you guys?

I have been diagnosed with depression. I am able to function and get all my schoolwork done, but I am rather sad most of the time and turn to alcohol for solace. My therapist keeps pushing anti-depressants, but I refuse every time. I mostly feel that my depression stems from my environment (family problems) rather than inherently, so i feel that medication wouldn’t help. Is this a false assumption? Also, I know a couple kids who go on anti-depressants and I feel that they just turn into zombies.. like they have no affect anymore.. it freaks me out.. I don’t want to be like that.. but I don’t want to feel sad anymore. I feel like my options are become a zombie and not feel anything at all… or stay sad (but at least that’s real). Please help me in this dilemma, any insight would be really comforting!!!
