I’m 2wks late for my period. I took a pregnancy test and it came back neg. My fiance’ and I had sex but I’m on the pill and he used a condom. I had a really bad panic attack a couple days before I was suppose to start and have been under some wicked stress. Could the panic attack made it so I skip a period? I’ve never skipped one before so I’m kinda worried. Has anyone had this happen to them? My boobs are starting to hurt now too so I’m kinda confused.

first off i’ve been overstressed. finals just ended, i failed a class that i tried soooo hard at, i had to quit one of my two jobs, i’m planning my wedding, my best friends mom (who i’ve known for 21 years) died on the 2nd of this month, and i haven’t been sleeping thru the night since right before that happened. it takes me up to 3 hours to fall asleep and i’ll wake up every hour at least and have a hard time falling back asleep (even if i try to take tylenol simply sleep). yesterday i got in a little tiff with my fiance and i started to feel a little freaked out. broke down crying for like no real reason. i’m really nausous and havent really been hungry for a few days, but even if i eat i’ve got this hollow feeling in my chest. and my heartbeat feels like its racing. i just took it, 94 resting (i know thats a little high). is this just stress or is it some kind of anxiety attack? i’ve never had one before, so i dont know. i’m also really shakey and have been since yesterday
