I need to go to the doctors to check for anxiety and I need to know why their gonna do. What kind of tests will they administer? Blood, urine? Thanks for any help and take care. I don’t use drugs or drink but a person I live with smokes marijuana and I don’t want that showing up on my tests via secondhand.
I’ve had my first panic attack back in June. I’m not taking any drugs but I see a therapist and I practice breathing techniques. For the last week I’ve been having really bad chest pains right before bed. I’ve been putting a heating pad on my back and then my shoulders to help the pain that last for about 30 min. or so. Why does he think the pain of feeling is all in my head? What can I say to him?

I dont plan on doing this, someone I know was planning on doing it and I stopped them from taking the muscle relaxers. I dont do drugs.
