I had a major anxiety attack which increased my blood pressure. I started taking xanax .25 twice a day. I feel more anxiety once the effects taper off. I want to stop. please help.

can panic attacks cause rining in the ears?

i had a panic attack earlier and my blood pressure went up to like 156/83 and then went back down after i calmed down. afterwards i started to get a ringing in my ear. it is only in my right ear. can this be a cause if the panic attack? the ringing in my ear has been there for like one hr. could it be something else? what can i do to make it go away? has anyone else had this who has had panic attacks?
