shabookie asked: I’m really interested in modeling for Suicide Girls. What do I need to become a SG? How do I go about applying? Are there certain things they look for? Is it hard to get in? I am writing a book, and a character commits suicide in the presence of someone else. They are both minors. There was nothing the girl could do from stopping the suicide. A suicide note was left with the family. The girl testifies that it was suicide. Would the girl who witnessed it be a suspect of murder? How long would it take for police to confirm that it was in fact a suicide? How much would the witness be questioned? (Her record is clear). I just really need to make this realistic, so if anyone knows what exactly happens after something like this takes place in real life, please give me all the information you have. THANK YOU!

A very close relative committed suicide 2 years ago. My family have been discussing it a lot recently as her anniversary is approaching. My son asked me today what suicide is, and I had know clue how to explain it to him, in terms he would be able to contemplate & understand.
Can anyone help? I don’t want to lie to him, but I don’t want him think of his cousin killing herself ….. Can anyone help, because I really have no idea on what to say to him !!

I’m feeling extremely suicidal today and I need someone to talk to…nothing in my life seems worth living for anymore. I need to desperately talk to someone..can you please either give me some suicide prevention hotlines..or point me in the direction of where I may be able to find some..I’m serious. I need help. I’m sitting here with a bottle of sleeping pills in my hand right now..I’m calling out..I obviously don’t want to do this if i’m able to admit that i need help..Please someone help!!!! thanks

I’m stil not sure if this is just some joke that got out of hand, or if it’s true, but I’ve heard it many times, and not just off of The Whole Nine Yards. My question is, is this true, and if so, why? I can understand if dentistry students have a high suicide rate, but why a dentist? They make great money, their job seems interesting, and chalanging at times, plus they have great hours, and don’t have to deal with people dying right in front of them like medical doctors do. Does anyone know the deal about dentists being suicidal?
