Before I start, I know some seizures don’t always make you fall to the ground and sometimes you might not even really know its A seizure. So Thats exactly why im asking this question.
Almost once every day, Out of no where I get really nervous and my hands start to tingle (Pins and needles) and my mouth gets very dry. I shake and my hands get ICE cold. When this happens I can’t sit still and I keep shaking my hands to try to get that numbness feeling away. Sometimes my heart races and sometimes it dosn’t. Now though, I don’t think it is anxiety because im calm when it happens and my heart really dont pound as long as I stay calm. I also feel confused and detached when these ‘Attacks’ happen.
I heard these are some symptoms of A seizure and also A Panic Attack. How do you really know the difference?
Im scared that im going to die from A seizure or something even worse.
I also notice, these attacks happen 10x Worse the day after I drink alcohol. So I dont drink at all anymore

You are having panic and anxiety attacks talk with your doctor to get them under control.
it sounds like a panic attack, but i would suggest to go see your doctor.
i think it is a panic attack, and you should definately see your doctor.
panic attacks
your doctor will be able to discern the difference.
panic attack definitly! ive had them since i was about 8 and i sounded exactly like you. my advice is do not read into it cause when you see what it could be you just kinda fuel the fire and think you have every single symptom! i suffered from panic attacks for twice a day for a couple years. it got bad. i always panicked i was gonna die since i stressed out so much and that was putting stress on my heart and i would have a heart attack. but i promise you, its a panic attack. if it bothers you just bring it up next time you go to the doctors just so it will make you feel better. watch out for the meds though. they will make you moody and feel all weird and not like yourself. i prefer no meds at all.
