It’s true, they do pass, but when you are having one, it’s so hard to be rational! You try, but your body and mind are in control and you are not. Did that make sense? Anyway.. I hate them, they are the worse thing in the world. I think the reason I am afraid of death so much is because it’s something I cannot control. What happens when you die? I don’t know, not for sure, that scares me! My bro Brian Farr is the lead sound advisor for Blizzard. Glad you enjoy playing WOW!

    Hey,
i’m 14 years old, and ever since i was like 11, i’ve been having these episodes i guess you would call them and nobody knew what they were. i would faint and everything, and people thought it was my heart because of my blood pressure. last night, i had chest pains and i couldn’t breathe and my hands and face got all numb and stuff so i went to the hospital and it turns out i have been having a panic/anxiety attacks. your video really helped me with it. remember, your not alone.

I see you like Depeche mode, i will be seeing them in Atlanta in Sep. That’s going to be a big challenge cause i suffer from panic attacks as well. But i won’t let it stop me :)
    Take care!

I have had these attacks for 1year and 4 days now and I just can seem to get rid of them at all. The breathing stuff they tell you to do all of the herbal things none of it work. I have 3 kids and I cant even seem to make it to the school functions without having a heavy attack. I feel like I have missed out on my kids lives for a year but I have been here, just my body not my full mind. I could really use some advice ANYONE PLEASE!.

Good video man. It’s always good to do a self diagnosis. It seems like anxiety hits us who are the thinkers in life..the ones whose minds are constantly running. Sometimes it’s a good thing though cause as much as I experience the lows I experience the highs just as much and appreciate the aesthetics of life more. It also helps keep me away from drugs and alcohol.

I’m always wanting to kill people… If anyone looks at me funny, I just wanna rip their fucking head off… maybe I don’t have an anxiety problem.. perhaps just anger issues and depression.

Only had one panick attack in my life. Someone was having a go at me. I lost control of my breathing. It felt like the floor had been pulled from under my feet.

Just rushed outside to get air and lay on the collapsed.

thank you for talking about this.

the control is the worst. i’ve got bipolar disorder and i get panic attacks on my highs& my lows. it’s worse when i’m in a depressive episode, the thoughts are more irrational. when mine are bad a get agoraphobia too. i stayed in my closet for three days once when my parents were outof town. that was not a high point of my life.

Amen, brother. My doctor gave me a prescription for Klonopin wafers. They’re like an emergency button, dissolve quickly on your toung and interrupt all those neurons firing off in your brain. Settles you down very quickly and you can relax and sleep. I’m going to start seeing a cognitive behavioral therapist (CBT) as well to help. They say CBT is very powerful. But I recommend Klonopin wafers to short ciruit the attack. Also, try some cardio. The endorphines can leach out your anxiety.

    Fight or Flight.
I recall being my panic was from the fear of being embarrassed or something, because when I would panic my insides would relax and I needed to use the bathroom, and then it was panic from the fear of panic, and I never left my house.
I ended up being put in a home and on drugs, It took about 6 months to be able to go out side and to school again and a year to go to see a movie.
